Grand Opening Celebration

March 21st 2026: We officially opened the solar farm, with speeches from David Mehan MP, Melina Morrison (CEO BCCM), Chair Andrew Bray, and Andrew Percival from TrinaSolar. Over 200 people enjoyed the sunshine and jazz at the site before Andrew, Melina and David cut the ribbon and everyone had a chance to wander the site and read the information boards explaining each element in a complex mix of panels, transformer, inverter, DC/DC converters and a big battery.
