As a precursor to the 2022 AGM, members were invited to visit the site of the solar farm to see for themselves what needs to be done.
Vice President of CE4G and one of the Directors of the Co-op, Ed Suttle, led a group of about 40 members on a tour of the project site prior to the 2022 AGM in November. Ed explained some of the hurdles we had to overcome to get to the stage where we are now ready to proceed with civil works to ready the site for the panels and battery.
